Pastor Jeff Kelly is the Associate Pastor at NBFWC.

   I have been married for 35 years to my sweetheart, Shelia Kelly. We have three grown children and seven grandchildren. I have been on staff with  New Beginning for 11 years and God has richly blessed us with His presence and guidance. My prayer for you is that God would richly bless all that reads this site and that you would have an encounter with God that would change your life forever. I would like to extend a invitation to  anyone that would like to attend one of our services.
